I came in for an oil change and they did a thorough inspection of my daughter's car, making sure there was no preventive maintenance that should be done that we have neglected to do. never felt that they were up-Selling me, which I would have recognized being in sales myself. Rather, these guys gave me the "old fashioned" feeling that they cared and were genuinely concerned about me and my daughter's well being. When we left there, we did so knowing that we and our car got Excellent treatment!
